WMD has over 10 years experience of working in Powertrain calibration, application and development groups in high level OEM motorsport, including LMP1, ALMS and WRC, and still maintains the exceptional level of attention to detail required in those disciplines to every project they are involved in.

Please include as much information as possible including requirements, currently installed/proposed electronics/systems, wiring and any time restrictions you may have.
Once we have the information we will contact you to arrange a phone/online consultation. Any estimate price is valid for 14 days only and after that the price is subject to change.
Any additional work required that was not considered in the original estimate, will be charged at an hourly rate.
For certain types of work a require a 50% deposit is required prior to commencement of work.
Deposits are non-refundable as they cover any materials, consumables and cover any wasted time if you cancel last minute.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking for any wiring related work.
For calibration / support / consulting work, deposits may or may not be required but this will be communicated during the initial consultation.

Once we have put together a price estimate together, you will have 7 days to accept or decline.
Once you have accepted our estimate and we have received a deposit, your booking will be secure and added onto our calendar.
Estimates are subject to change and can increase or decrease by up to 30% depending on actual work required and pricing of materials. This will be discussed with the customer when needed.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your booking, we require at least 48 hours notice of the cancelation. We are happy to reschedule work, where adequate notice has been given, if you no show or fail to give us enough notice then your deposit will be lost.
We are aware that some circumstances maybe entirely out of your control, if this is the case, we are more than happy to work with our customers and reschedule bookings.

We will regularly keep our customers up to date, the frequency of these updates change depending on how busy we are.
We always aim to keep you up to date however if you have not received an update it is likely that we don't have one for you but will get one to you as soon as we do.
Once the work has finished on your project, we will send you the final invoice.
Final invoices are to be paid before components are shipped.
For calibration/support work, the invoice is due upon completion of the day/days of work.
No, unfortunately we do not modify or change pre-existing OEM or other branded harnesses.
However, we do accommodate our own customers if any changes need to be made.
For calibration based work, we can calibrate only specific areas or add to others previously completed work. However, we will provide an indication as to the suitability of the current state and advise of any changes required before making any changes to other's work.
Turn around is dependent on the complexity of the work and manufacturer lead times, therefore each project will be different.
It is impossible to provide a price that covers every eventuality.
Therefore each project is priced individually, so please contact with your requirements and we can provide an estimate for you.
We do not offer discounts for the sake of it, but in the case of bulk ordering harness work or components, discounts could be applied.
No, all wiring harness are bespoke for their individual needs and made from scratch. The same is true for all of our ECU calibration
Unfortunately this is something we currently do not offer.
Yes, we support any harness or components that we produce/sell. If it is event/remote support for control electronics, please see the relevant section of the website.
Where possible, we can work with you to a specific budget.
However, we will not compromise our workmanship and overall quality by using subpar materials and techniques.
Waiting times vary throughout the year, during busy periods we can be fully booked for up to 6 months.
